Daily exercise is one of the keys to our well-being, our daily fitness regimen is what will keep us energized, motivated, waking up bright eyed and ready to take on the day, and as we age it will keep us moving lightly on our feet. Lose weight, fight off signs of aging, keep up with our children and grandchildren, all worthwhile goals, but to be accomplished, we need to fight, and don’t think it is anything but a fight. But it is a fight we can win, and it is not as hard as some of us may think, once we get started, the hardest part, it gets easier and more fun.
